Secova’s program performs all administrative Direct Bill functions on behalf of our clients, allowing your staff to focus on business-critical objectives. We contact each participant and give them the option to send in their payments by check or sign up for an automatic withdrawal from their bank account. Secova will then track all payments and report any discrepancies. At the end of each payment cycle, we remit a premium disbursement and detailed summary to our clients to review monthly participant activity.
