Management Team

Prior to Co-founding Secova, Mr. Tadanki was one of the four founding members of Daksh, which became the largest independent client services company in India. His responsibilities included the US operation and the company's Sales and Marketing activities.

As an offshore outsourcing expert, Tadanki has delivered numerous talks at various industry forums such as Strategic Research Institute, World Outsourcing Center, SI Annual Event, SIPA Annual Event, Graduate School of Business, Stanford University and The University of Maryland.

Prior to Daksh in India, Venkat Tadanki was a member of the South Asia Management Committee of PepsiCo.

VC has been involved with technology consulting for two decades. He was the co-founder and Chief Technology Consultant of Congruent Solutions, a software development services organization.

Under his direction, the organization implemented several successful applications, in leading edge technologies, for global corporations. These included a 360 degree survey application for GE Medical systems, a Testing and Certification system for Citibank, and a Net based 401K processing system for Emplanet.

Prior to Congruent, VC held a variety of technical and management positions with IBM in Australia.

Mr. Parke was employed for over two decades at a Fortune 100 company. As VP of Human Resources, he was responsible for Human Resources strategy and planning for the Corporation's 93,000 domestic and international employees. In that assignment, he proposed and had responsibility for implementing the outsourcing of all payroll, HR on-line administration and benefits.

His experience over the years includes, executive compensation, International HR, executive development and succession planning, employee benefits, staffing and redeployment, employee and labor relations, HR information systems, equal employment opportunity, and safety, health and environmental affairs.

As the Head of Technology, Shankar is responsible for managing all technology platforms and infrastructure at Secova. Shankar comes to Secova from a large software services company where he managed over 400 technical and managerial employees across various geographies providing Software Development and Support services to large corporations.

With over 16 years of varied experience in Information Technology services, Shankar has expertise in managing the development of several large software development engagements–including Program Management, Client Engagement, and Delivery Management.

Shankar holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and has built a strong reputation for Information Technology excellence.

Kumarika oversees Global Operations and Client Delivery for Secova.

Kumarika has over 19 years of experience spread across Service Delivery, Process Improvement, and Business Reengineering. She is an expert in managing Client Relationships, Business Development, and People Management. She has managed Operations for large multinational organizations in the past and has successfully set up businesses from inception and built large cross-cultural teams across multiple locations.

Prior to joining Secova, Kumarika managed Benefits Operations for Aon Hewitt, where she was responsible for multiple clients spread across both Voice and Non-voice (back office) assignments. She was very successful in creating the Domain Specialist role and Emergency Response teams in support of stabilizing and improving business processes. She also consistently achieved the highest Employee Satisfaction scores at an organizational level. She holds a Masters degree in Business Management.

Sanjeev comes to Secova from a large software services company where he was managing over 300 people who provided HR Systems support to major corporations. He has over 18 years of experience which includes Global Human Resources management and HR process outsourcing. He has proven expertise in HR Application Development and maintenance and Enterprise Application Integration. He also has a very successful track record in Project Management of large projects involving the Global delivery of IT Services with Offshore Delivery Capabilities. Sanjeev is a Certified PMP and Holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management

Mr. Patel has worked in the technology services industry for over 15 years. He has focused on delivering solutions within the Health & Welfare industry, holding various executive positions within Technology, Business Development, Client Relations, Sales, and Marketing. He has been with Secova for the past nine years. Currently, he is responsible for client relations, marketing, and channel development.

Mr. Patel received his undergraduate education at the University of Southern California, during which time he was also awarded a fellowship from the prestigious Bell Labs (Alcatel-Lucent).
