Venkat Tadanki - Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder

Prior to Co-founding Secova, Mr. Tadanki was one of the four founding members of Daksh, which became the largest independent client services company in India. His responsibilities included the US operation and the company's Sales and Marketing activities.

As an offshore outsourcing expert, Tadanki has delivered numerous talks at various industry forums such as Strategic Research Institute, World Outsourcing Center, SI Annual Event, SIPA Annual Event, Graduate School of Business, Stanford University and The University of Maryland.

Prior to Daksh in India, Venkat Tadanki was a member of the South Asia Management Committee of PepsiCo.

V. Chandrasekaran - Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder

VC has been involved with technology consulting for two decades. He was the co-founder and Chief Technology Consultant of Congruent Solutions, a software development services organization.

Under his direction, the organization implemented several successful applications, in leading edge technologies, for global corporations. These included a 360 degree survey application for GE Medical systems, a Testing and Certification system for Citibank, and a Net based 401K processing system for Emplanet.

Prior to Congruent, VC held a variety of technical and management positions with IBM in Australia.

Ajeet Singh Karan - BPEP, India

Ajeet Singh Karan is a Partner at Baring Private Equity Partners (India) Ltd. He has 15 years of experience in establishing and growing businesses in the FMCG sector. Prior to joining BPEP India, Mr. Karan was the President and Chief Executive Officer at KAPL.

He was instrumental in growing the revenues and profits of the company more than six fold during his tenure. Mr. Karan has also worked in senior management positions, running profit centers for Indian and MNC FMCG majors like Hindustan Lever, Pepsico India, and Coca Cola India.

He is an Independent Director of Shilpa Medicare Ltd. since January 28, 2011. Mr. Karan is an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad

Keshav Mishra - BPEP, India

Keshav is a Partner at Baring Private Equity Partners India. He serves as a Board Member for several portfolio companies like Auromira Energy, Integra Software Services, Molecular Connections, Maples ESM and Sphaera Pharma. In this capacity, he assists senior management in defining and executing their inorganic growth strategy as well as in implementing strong systems and processes for financial risk management. He brings several years of capital markets experience in India and abroad to assist portfolio companies in generating superior returns from surplus resources and in optimal monetization of value. He also leads the Fast Moving Consumer Goods vertical within Barings, identifying new investment opportunities in this core sector of the economy.

Prior to Barings, Keshav managed Proprietary funds and also worked for Pioneer Asset Management in Boston where he was responsible for investments across sectors.

Keshav is a graduate from University of San Diego (Deans List) and a former top ranked golfer in the country and has won several National and International tournaments while representing the country.

S.M. Sundaram - BPEP, India

Sundaram is the Chief Financial Officer of Baring Private Equity India with over 20 years of work experience. Prior to this, he was working with CSS Group as the Group CFO and helped in scaling it from a start-up to a US$ 70 million company. In addition to being the CFO, he was also the Chief Legal and Risk Officer for all group companies and the Administrative Head of the US office. Mr. Sundaram was also the Assistant Vice President of Chemplast (Sanmar Group), one of India's large industrial houses. He sits on the Investment Committee of Baring Private Equity Partners (India) Ltd. Mr. Sundaram is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, Cost Accountant and Corporate Secretary. He has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Over the years, Mr. Sundaram has been a visiting professor at the Institute of Chartered Accountants and an Academic Advisor to the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts.

P. Viswanathan - Independent Director

Mr. P. Viswanathan is a Chartered Accountant by qualification with over 33 years of experience, out of which the last 22 years have been as head of businesses with P & L accountability. He has both industry and consulting experience and was the former Managing Director of Sanmar Shipping Limited. He has headed businesses in various industry sectors: Property Development, Financial Services, and Shipping, besides being a consultant for reputed organizations in the Public and Private sectors.

During the past 2 decades P. Viswanathan was involved in large M&A activities, start up and building of businesses, and turnaround of Companies. He had also been a part of the top management team involved in setting up and refining management processes and to provide strategic direction to different kinds of businesses. His functional experience includes dealing with International & Investment Bankers, Auditors, Financial Institutions, and foreign Collaborators

Bob Parke - Senior Vice President and Co-Founder

Mr. Parke was employed for over two decades at a Fortune 100 company. As VP of Human Resources, he was responsible for Human Resources strategy and planning for the Corporation's 93,000 domestic and international employees. In that assignment, he proposed and had responsibility for implementing the outsourcing of all payroll, HR on-line administration and benefits.

His experience over the years includes, executive compensation, International HR, executive development and succession planning, employee benefits, staffing and redeployment, employee and labor relations, HR information systems, equal employment opportunity, and safety, health and environmental affairs.
